Café Gilou now welcomes guests in Sauble Beach at The Sands Hotel, bringing the spirit of Brittany to Lake Huron.

Gilles and Melissa bring the feel of a French crêperie to the beach with buckwheat galettes, seasonal dishes, indoor and outdoor seating, takeout options, and summer rooftop service.

In summer, Salt & Fire is the rooftop experience, offering Drink & Snack Hour, dinner sittings, BBQ, fresh seafood, and à la plancha dishes with a panoramic view.
